making a small mesh. The quality of a netting is superior even in weaving
with thinner twines for small meshes. Inferior meshes so called "K-Mesh"
don't happen in spite of using such a big spool like 250mm dia. Smooth
movement of the lower hook angle with the Patent No. 2779591. Easily accessible
to the reeds, separators and upper hooks to take a look at those movements.

There are not many persons who have the knowledge on the U-KNOT which is one of the best knot among several special knots even in the filed of worldwide fishing net industries, because it has been invented in Japan and is mainly used at the North Island of Japan for gill nets for salmon and trout fishing.The main reason why the U-KNOT is suitable for gill nets is because the knot neither slips nor becomes loose. As you might be well aware, the mesh size of the gill net is over 50 mm in stretch, and as a characteristic of fishing nets, the bigger the mesh, the more the slippage of knots. To overcome this defect, the U-Knot has been developed by one of the Japanese fishing net manufacturers. Since the U-KNOT had been developed some 20 years ago, several special knots have been made under the names of Triple-knot, Diamond-knot, Ise-Knot, Kondo-knot, Tight-knot and Iijima-knot. However, there is no any superior knots to the U-KNOT. Please note that the usage of the brand name of the U-KNOT is granted solely to us by the patent holder. Nowadays, the U-KNOT is applied to even a fine net which is used for the inshore fishery.
